Can OBC take advantage of GEN and OBC Category for govt. jobs?
In Chhattisgarh a result has been declared in www.cgvyapam.in for shikchha karmi 2008 which is category and subject wise result. In this result it has been seen that a OBC candidate who's seat is reserved for OBC has applied in GEN category and selected for the job and the candidate who is really GEN category could not been selected due to insufficient seats for GEN category job. So i ask all you peoples that can OBC's take advantage of both the category, if so then what will the real needy GEN category candidates will do? Will it be happenning all the times ?
